Thank you for your purchase from Eliza Faith Writes Publishing. I appreciate your business. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I am here to help. Please see the full details below regarding my return policy and process.  

Policy Details

 You can return any item that was not made personalized/customized, not a book, not published content,  or not digital content within  10 days from the date you received it. 

Items that can’t be returned include: 

Discounted / Sale Items 

Personalized/Customized

Published content to include brochures, blog subscriptions, books, calendars, coloring material or any other printed and published works.

Digital Content

For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with:

Proof of purchase

 Shipping Fees:

 You are responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Eliza Faith Writes Publishing strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.   

Restocking Fees:

Eliza Faith Writes Publishing does not charge restocking fees.  

Process Details:  

To return your purchase from Eliza Faith Writes Publishing, place the item securely in its original packaging,  if possible, along with Proof of purchase, and Return form. Refunds:  

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Eliza Faith Write Publishing will process  your return. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles  to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  Eliza Faith Writes Publishing  will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
